About the Villa

Villa Grazia is a luxurious, five-bedroom, two-storey villa located in the quaint and charming town of Dauis in Panglao island, just southwest of Bohol. Sitting on a limestone cliff on the edge of a 8,823 square meter piece of land, it offers a magnificent panoramic sea view of the Cebu Strait and its neighboring islands.

Upon entry, guests are bathed in a warm and welcoming light that spills from the tall glass windows that almost entirely covers the northern face of the villa. Traditional architectural design coupled with classy wooden furnishings and exquisite decor exudes a bold sense of elegance and sophistication that radiates from every corner.

The villa boasts 2 master bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathrooms, and 3 guest bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms. All of the rooms are fitted with air-conditioning and furnished with cozy beds and crisp, clean linen. Altogether, the villa can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

To one side of the main floor, a spacious and inviting living area furnished with a plush velvet 5-seater sofa awaits with its luxurious sheen. Across the living area, the soft and rich tones of wooden moulding and cabinetry continue to the fully-equipped kitchen. Adjacent to it is an air-conditioned dining room with a 6-seater dining table. An opulent table setting, tasteful decor and artwork completes the overall mood for a marvelous meal with family and friends.

Both dining and living rooms open out to the covered terrace by the poolside. Appointed with a 5-seater sofa and another 6-seater dining table, guests can lounge with drink in hand or choose to dine al fresco while enjoying a fantastic view of the pool and the ocean.

A flight up the graceful wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor where one of the master bedrooms and two guest bedrooms can be found. The villa’s 2nd level also features an office / study area that doubles as a separate living space for some peace and quiet. A great place to catch up on email or read a book. The study area also provides direct access to the villa’s viewdeck where you can relish a bird’s eye view of the surrounding scenery.

The magnificence of the indoors doesn’t stop there, instead it carries over to the outdoors where an infinity pool with a jacuzzi divides the villa from the glistening ocean and its awe-inspiring horizon. A carefully manicured landscape of grass, foliage and trees covers most of the land in the property.

Boredom is never an option during your stay. The villa also features a game room equipped with a pool table, a ping pong table, and a dart board. A tennis court is also accessible within the villa grounds.
